In 2000 the shutter on my Zenith developed a fault. Repair estimates far exceeded the camera's worth so I decided it was time to buy a new one. I bought a Nikon F-60 and have so far taken nearly 3000 photographs with it. Since 2000 I have travelled to many countries around the world and a selection of the pictures I have taken can be seen by clicking on the appropriate link below. The above photo was taken approaching Tai (or Beachcomber) Island 12 miles out to sea from Fiji's largest island. Left are shanties by a main road in central Mumbai taken through the open window of a taxi as we passed by. Both were taken in 2006. In 2002 I took this picture of The Angel of the North. |
